Here we go!

Made it to Atlanta, even with the obstacles I faced I'm here! Last night was INCREDIBLE, experiencing God's presence has completely left me awestruck. Matt 18:20 says that, "where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." and truly He was. We were able to join together as the body of Christ, to both pray for one another as well as prophesy(something I didn't truly understand until last night). Today we wrapped up our training and are starting our journey to South Africa.

Team Rwanda leaves around 2PM, but our stay at the airport will be a bit longer. Our flight to Johannesburg leaves at 7ish. I still cannot wrap my mind around this opportunity Christ has given me. I've met so many wonderful people and just have been given a renewed spirit. I love Team South Africa and I'm just so excited to get to know them better during our time of travel.

Jessica(my ministry partner) and myself will be joining Team Oasis in Cape Town and we'll be working with Volunteer Mzansi. I don't what to expect, but my prayer is that God will just open my heart and give me the humility to grow in spirit.

I ask that you join me in prayer. As we set off, to not only a foreign country, but a foreign continent. That the Lord can guide our travels, that his spirit is before us wherever we go. Also for Team Rwanda that their journey there can be a safe one. THat God may continue to work in our lives and prepare us wherever we go.

Blogging is probably one the most difficult things I've had to do. Attempting to put in words what God is doing, in these past 24hrs the work he's done and is doing my heart. I mean, it's just impossible. God is doing big things and we haven't even left. I can't imagine what He has in store for WR: Exposure.  Like my mother always tells me, "Deus vai escancara as portas!" it just such an encouragement to know I serve the living God.

"Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again: Rejoice!" -Philippians 4:4
