When working in a garden, if all you were willing to do was pick the fruit of each plant, who would do the rest of the work?We all know plowing the soil and planting the seeds come before growth can occur. The same is true when working in God’s garden.  This month as I hung out with the girls in the bar,I had to be content with simply plowing the field and planting seeds. I hope and pray some day I will get to hear about the fruit that is harvested because of God’s work through me. However, in the meantime, I must be patient and content to wait for God’s timing. He is so faithful and has given me the opportunity to watch squad-mates walk with a couple girls from the bar next door to the one I’ve been in as they escape the life of prostitution.
